This painting was done for a local Non-Profit that aids the homeless. Facing Homelessness had a call-to-artist to help bring awareness and funding to their cause. This project touched me profoundly as it was a way for me to connect with my subject Damien, an entertainer and young homeless man living on the streets of Seattle, Washington. The project is called StreetHeART. The art was auctioned and the funds raised were used to help publicize the efforts of Homelessness in Seattle.
